About the Company
ArgosVision Inc. is a South Korea–based deep-tech startup founded in 2020 and headquartered in Seoul & Daejeon, South Korea. It spun out from the Center for Integrated Smart Sensors (CISS) and develops advanced panoramic 3D vision sensor technology for robotics and intelligent systems.
ArgosVision's core mission is to equip robots and autonomous platforms with human-like visual perception — enabling enhanced spatial awareness, autonomous navigation, and interactive intelligence across dynamic environments.
Mission & Focus
Next-Generation Vision
ArgosVision is focused on providing next-generation 3D depth sensing and vision AI solutions that allow robots, mobile platforms, and intelligent systems to see and interpret the world with high resolution and a wide field of view — mimicking human visual perception.
Core Technology & Products
ArgosVue – Panoramic 3D Vision Sensor: ArgosVision's flagship technology is the ArgosVue panoramic 3D vision sensor, which delivers ultra-wide field of view perception (up to roughly 200° horizontal × 140° vertical) with real-time depth maps and point cloud generation. This enables robots to detect obstacles, analyze terrain, and recognize human presence in complex environments — both indoors and outdoors.
Wide Field of View
Human-like wide field of view with fisheye stereo camera design.
3D Depth Mapping
High-density 3D depth mapping and point cloud output.
Embedded AI
Embedded AI processing for real-time perception and object recognition.
ROS Compatible
Compatibility with ROS (Robot Operating System) for rapid integration in robotics platforms.
Product Examples:
  • ArgosVue Developer Kit: All-in-one solution combining panoramic vision sensor + high-performance embedded computing for rapid prototyping and system development.
  • ArgosVue DAR & AIoT Modules: Vision modules for intelligent surveillance and situational awareness use-cases.
